systems & requirements

What to expect on your robotics journey

Step 1

  • Contact Bot Bros to decide what your business goals are, and what you expect your volume to be.

Step 2

  • Decide if the cell needs to be portable.

Step 3

  • Does you production require Bot Bros custom tooling and programming, or can you set it up yourself?

Step 4

  • Size your robot to the size of the parts.

Step 5

  • Do you need MIG, TIG or FLUX-Cored?

Step 6

  • Prepare your shop for increased production to avoid bottlenecks.

Step 7

  • Will your wire be spool mounted or barrel - if it is barrel, you will need a cone.

Step 8

  • What kind of welding gas will the process require?  75/25, 90/10, etc

Step 9

  • Prepare your shop for install, which includes:  deciding the best location for your robot, 30amp, 480volt electrical service, ensuring that you have the correct equipment to offload and install the unit.

Step 10

  • Bot Bros safety and programming training.
